Hey yall, anybody know the regulations of single line juggin for cats? I read in the outdoor annual that you got to have a gear tag and the jugs have to be white. When I read these regs I interpreted that these rules only applied if you left them unattended for any amount of time or if you was commercial fishing with them. Do these rules apply if you are within sight of the jugs at all times and non-commercial fishing?
Thanks, rascal

Jugs must be white and Must have gear tag, and be dated and no more than 5 hooks. Commericial fishermens jugs must be orange. No spacing requirements on hooks.

Thanks yall. I always like to be 100% sure before its too late with a warden.
I apologize my fellow crappie brethren for disrespecting the board by posting a topic on catfish:rolleyes: :D

Looks like they answered your questions and sometimes White noodles are hard to come by, but I have a bunch of them for jug fishing. I just don't do it all that much.Originally Posted by crappierascal
Yes it makes no difference if you are there watching or not.
As I fish catalba worms for crappie, seems I most always have one pole out for cats! LOL
