    plan on doing some serious crappie fishing this weekend on LOP, south side of lake. 410 man if u see this post you know the scent of fish grease will be in the air sat. pm, so your invited to come by for some fillets. will post results Mon.

    supposed to be windy again but going to try to be on LOP myself. Good luck and keep us posted

    hello sspence, we have other obligation Saturday night, but would rather be eatin the e=coli crappie, I left 2 50# bags of our secret cat bait with DanielP

    20' tree, baited with crawfish scented cubes, topped off with some whole sour corn (yes indeed the man said)

    That's OK some fella (a yankee) at the guard shack started showing me pictures of some 10-12 lbs yella cats that he was standing about 4 ft behind so they would look like monsters and then said they were catching them on bare silver hooks. I knew he was full of it because his eyes were brown!

    caught about 30 crappie this weekend even with high winds on the south side of lake, their in three to five feet of water around structure. caught several large mouth green fish which made some nice large fillets next time 410 man gets hungry. Also caught some nice catfish and a few bream on minnows.

    I can eat "green fishes" spence, as long as you have some "OKRA" to go with em. I b up this weekend
    i useing new bait ;purple double jointed, deep diving, jitterbug: with kernal of corn on 1 hook.
