Looks like you still had some fun and it sure beats being skunked.
Leave it to a cold front and dropping lake temps to knock a hole in the hot crappie bite. Two days ago with lake temp 63 and south wind, Phil and I caught a double limit of crappie by 10 am. Today with a cold front, temps at 61 and north wind at 9 mph, no clouds in the sky and the crappie bite very hard to come by.
We only had 11 crappie, a big bluegill and small yellow perch to show for our morning outing. We did get good pics though.

Sounds like my luck. I caught 35 crappie 2 days ago. Rained an inch yesterday and only caught 6 today. Pffft!!!!!!
