    Default Reelfoot Tomorrow

Thinking about getting lost from work tomorrow and heading down to Reelfoot for the day! What is the word there? Have they moved to the trees at all yet? I would love to do some jigging instead of trolling.

    How about it Crack??????

You must have been reading my mind.

I have to show up and see if I have jury duty in the morning and If I make it out, I'm headed to the Lake. I will have to see what the wind is doing.

If its out of the North or West I'm going to fish Moultrie Field Its its out of the South probaly Kirby's Pocket ....East wind I'm going to Green Point straight across from Keystone (Not Green Island)

    U fishing in a Alumcraft?

I hope you had a good day. I think I put my first pole in the water at 12:40
    and Left about 4:30

I messed around in 12 foot of water and not doing too good
I eased up to 7 foot fishing 5-6 foot deep and as the old saying goes...it was on like a neck bone.

I finished up with 28 very nice fish. I think I threw back 4 or 5 fish. they started biting so good that when the game warden was checking me he was pointing out poles getting bites, even told me he was going to GPS that spot.

    Be back tomorrow.

    Crack,

Didn't do as well as you, but went up to Kirby's Pocket, fished this morning in 6-7' of water and didn't do well at all, then per advice of the guys over at Grizzley Jig, went up to Blackjack fished 2' of water and caught around 5 with 3 over 13". Then decided to head out to deeper water again (afternoon by this time) and fished same 6'-7' of water and caught another 10 with 5 over 13".

Pretty good day, nice sized fish, just didn't have the numbers I would have liked. I should have called you and got into that with you. I won't be down again until Sunday.

    Tomorrow should be fantastic!!!!!!!!

    Semo....

I fished Friday and the wind was bad. I took a friend and we only ended up with about 15.

But give me a shout, I might be headed up there Sun. I know this morning (Sat) looks like a super day, not much wind and warm.

Oh yea the water was 53 degrees

We fished Thursday at Kirby's then moved to AirPark. Caught 48, total. Had some nice ones just no monsters. They were still right where we left them last Saturday. Would like to try some deeper pad stems maybe in Snyders basin. Anyone been to Rat Island Stumps nosing around? May go tomorrow with some other friends looking for those specks. I saw some good ones Thursday caught by a guy from Cape. He was done by dinner.

Made my reservations yesterday for 1st of April. Most of you guys fish the lower part of the Lake. I have always gone to the Northern part staying at Grays Camp. Though usually head south from there to Buck Basin. Maybe we get to meet one of you on the Lake. Sure do appreciate the posts by all, especially Cracker and Bails. My wife will be with me and we will be renting a boat from Grays if you happen across a couple both wearing straw hats it could be us.
