Nice job. How was the water condition? Stained?
Wife and I made a trip up to Sringville to fish a couple days. Saturday we went up to Blood River, we didn't get an early start because of the fog and a 30 minute drive there. We were rigged and slow trolling at 9:30, we trolled (spider rigged) at between .6 - .8 mph in 10 to 12 fow. Followed the break lines and had steady action till 12 when the sky opened up and we went back to the cabin. Cleaned 12 in the 11" to 12" range, caught a few shorts mixed in also. Sunday we put in at the pump station on West Sandy, we went to the first bit of 10 fow and started trolling, followed the channel and caught one after another all short fish, only 2 fish long enough after the first hour. We reeled our lines up and went out further to the mouth of West Sandy and fished 14 fow. We still caught short fish but we also caught keepers in the mix. At noon we quite with 16 keepers, Popsicle and hot pink with bright chart tail (Hot grubs) were the best colors and keeping the boat moving at between .6 and .8 mph seemed the best. Hoping to get back up there this weekend again with my oldest son. Love fishing up there this time of the year!
Good luck to all,
Ray

Blood had some stain to it, could see the jig down maybe 1 - 2 feet, West Sandy was better, could see jig 2 -3 feet down, I wouldn't call either muddy.
