Is Reel Foot fully of lily pads this late in the year? Also id fishing any good this time of the year in the lake? Was wanting to get ut for some crappie fishing and aviod all the pleasuer boaters.

Lake is full of Lilly pads in the shallower waters. Lower blue basin doesn't have any. Crappie fishing is still slow at this time, should start picking up in about a month especially with these colder temps. I know of a lot of people that did very well in the hotter months this summer. Maybe the quake lake will get back to rocking this fall!

Didn't get to go my seven month old grandson got up running a fever so my daughter brought him over for me to keep instead of taking him to the sitter. I did hit a river hole today and caught enough for supper tomorrow night.
