Went out Monday morning for a few hours and got in some good fishes. I was pushing two rattletraps and pulling 4 bandits. Silver, pink, orange, and blue worked best. I caught most fish on the rattletraps I wasa pushin. Fish were concentrated in a few areas and I just kept passing over them. I had a slow lazy 8 pattern I was using. Fish were on the ledges in about 15-20 FOW around Mansard Island. Water temp was 82-85 degrees.
Monday late, we went back to the same locale, but the wind got us. What a cluster.
There were 2-3 foot swells and the pondtoon handled it just fine. Got the deck washed free. It needed it from all the fish scales from the morning.
I got some good snapshots on my Lowrance (2d) I will share when I find my SD card. I lost it again.
I was able to put those rattle traps where the fishes were using 2d.
This fish was about 2.5 pounds and 16.5 inches. He been ate.
