    Default Priest Lately, anyone?


    I've been in Gulf Shores fishing and vacationing for a while. Has anyone been on Priest this past week? Water temp, fish depth, etc?
    We caught about 400# of those red Crappie in the Gulf and I won the boat pot with a 15#5oz Grouper.

    Well the first 3 weeks of April on Priest the crappie action was hot near the bank. I was catching 20-30/hour all 12-14 inch size. Now I've gone fishing everyday in the last week and caught 0 crappie. I have 4 spots that I frequent and all of them had no crappie. Guess its time to start catfishing.

    Well I do not own a boat, so all I can do is bank fish.

    I been catching the crappie in the Hobson Pike area.
