Things on Douglas must truly be "dead"...all the reports that i've gotten since i was up there a couple weeks ago are about pathetic...We crappie fished the first night and struggled to get one limit...with 2 guys that's not too good...we went to bassin the next 2 days and it was decent...but apperently they have disapeared...."IF" anyone has had any luck...all and any advise would greatly be appreciated...i'll be up there this weekend trying to beat the heat...As alway...May God Bless!! And have a Happy 4th of July!!
went night fishin for crappie three nights last week and only caught seven or eight crappie total. I fished muddy, mcguire, & main channel with very poor luck everywhere. If I were a betting man, I would say they are spread out over the submerged humps and brush in the middle of the lake and chasing random schools of shad mid lake. You might find them really shallow in teh midlake brush at night.
Iffen i was you i'd just go with Sinkum! Smiley face!
Reel foot yankee
Not sure where they go...but, I can't seem to find 'em!!!!
they are out in the middle of the channel 20 to 25 feet deep...
People may not remember exactly what you did or what you said,
but they will always remember how you made them feel
sinkum they are above shady grove where you and Terry fished...last year...
