    Default Murray Hawgz

Braved the wind and rain Sunday and brought home some Murray slabs. 11 total. Missed 6, had one straighten out a hook and another break my line. They could have been striper but the way some them hawgz fought had to take them couple trips around the boat to get them in the one that straighten my hook out mighta been hogzilla! gonna invest in some heavy duty jigs

the bigun's caught earlier in the day 3' - 5'
the bite stopped later so I dropped down and caught smaller ones at 10'

all in around 20' of water

water temp was 57.9 in the morning and 57.4 late in the day

Nice catch! I wish I could get on some like that, but I'm doing better on bass than I am on crappie right now.

Nice catch slowpole. I'd take 11 big 'uns like that over a limit of smaller fish anyday.

That is a good looking mess of crappie, it pays to hang in there sometimes.
