What do you think the storms will do to the fishing? I am going Sunday morning regardless. It is going to be nice! I hear water temp is 58. They shoud be close to spawn.

I dont really think the storms will affect the fishing. What affects the fishing is the water temp. and barometer pressure. Just my thought.
Lets Go fish'n
3 things kept me off Greenwood today, one is they are calling for high wind , two , we had heavy rain , heavy rain = fresh water & trash on the surface ( I troll & its a mess when you have flaoting trash) , third reason is Crappie ,in my opinion , hate fronts !....I had watched the weather & decided to take off Thrusday & we caught the limit of nice fish ( not slabs, just nice lol)by noon fishing the cane creek area
Health nuts are going to feel stupid someday, lying in hospitals dying of nothing.
I am a beginner but have to agree with the weather front changing crappie habits.I caught 13 in Greenwood Friday. All were in 2-4 feet of water very near the shore. The bite was good and it was my best day ever. Then wind, rain, trees uprooted ,and "hail" ,it was no fun.Fished Sunday after church and caught 4,which were scattered and in about 10 feet of water.Caught two this evening in 6 feet of water but not near the shore.I will try tomorrow afternoon but I have no idea where they will be.
However it is great fun just looking for them.
I hope everyone has a joyful and blessed day.
