    Default Wylie Water Info

Launched at S. Point and found the water high and pretty dirty. Water temperature 60 degrees. Ran up in the S. Fork and found a mine field of sticks and logs and muddy. I caught them past the bridge last week so wanted to check it out. Wow, past the bridge water temperature 55!!!!! Ran down to Catawba and Mills back up to 60 and dirty but not red muddy. About the same past BB Bridge. Pretty clear from Crowders to Beaverdam and 63 degrees. You guys on the lower end have mud coming, you know they are gonna pull some water since it’s about 2 feet high. We managed approximately 50 and kept 19. Had two almost 14 inches we released. The female I cleaned were still packed with eggs. Caught a few males that were BLACK.

Don't push that mud on us! Glad you still getting fish to bite. I can't seem to get back out there for DRs appointments and just plain ole don't feel like it. But you get me a couple now and then and I'll be happy just looking at them.
