You eat those??
Tried a few years back and not bad after you cut all the red out and soak in lemon water overnight.
Fun to catch

Took a buddy from work yesterday after we got off early. Pulled rigs for probably 4 hours. Two stripers with only one legit keeper. Several fishing. Only saw two fish other than our two caught all afternoon. All bait was in main channel and deep. Slow afternoon but still beat work. My buddy got to catch his 4th striper and his personal best- about 5 or 6 lbs so still a good day.

We all need a day like this from time to time to humble us. Makes us appreciate the better days even more.
I like stripers but then again I do trim all of the red meat and blood line off my fish. I've gotten good and do it all with an electric knife. Then cut in nuggets, season, and fry. Mmmmm. Good eating with homemade slaw and hush puppies.

Nice catch if only a couple. I have left the deer woods and getting the boat ready for spring. Stripers are being caught right out from my dock thanks for sharing

Yep we eat the heck out of them. Nice firm flesh with not much fishy taste. As good as crappie to me which I cooked some of last night.
