Default Spring fling scouting report 4/25/2018

I have my grandchildren here this week so I thought I take Jordan out to scout out some crappie. The weather is looking good and so are the fish. Creeks are loading up with fish and bait. Saw lots of fish and bait but we had to work hard for the fish. Went to four creeks to scout out and fish were at the mouth and all the way back 3/4th in all of them. Bait is coming up and so are the fish.

Would this get large crappie at Spring fling?

Jordan also caught 4 kitties. He had fun with this 10 lb on 6 pound test.

Also caught 4 perch. All fish still had eggs in them. This Saturday with the weather and the fish are getting right, looks like a fun day. Will be scouting Thursday and Friday more scouting reports to come.

Man that boat sure is dragging in the back. Have to to get off those cheezy puffs.

Nice scouting report, looks like the weather and the fish will be right for a grand time for all.

Its not your fault. They are delicious and fishermen need to tank up to be on the water for 4 hours.
Your boat probably has flotation so even if the stern gets swamped by your body mass it will not be a total loss. Plus I doubt you can sink either😄

no you don't just sat up front and put the kid in the back that would even out the boat !!!!
