    Anybody else ever get into these? How do you keep 'em away?

    Those suckers are attracted by beer. Nightstalkers are expecially vulnerable to them, but i can speak from experience that the more beer and the later in the evening the less unattractive they become.

    that is a large gut bass. Very troublesome and downright ugly critter.

    Which ever lake that bass came from has a BAD case of the uglies. With so many dark nites during certain times of the months it'll probably spread through out the species. There's no hope now....better find another lake to fish in brother! :D

    That is funny. If I ever catch one I am trading the boat for a jet ski!

    I AINT getting in water fish like that comes from. You would probably catch deseases not currently known to man! :D
