Got a late start this morning. We put in at the Buster Boyd Bridge & headed upriver. Stopped at mill creek & caught a bunch of small perch for catfish bait. Moved up to mouth of south fork & started drifting for cats. No hits at all. Moved back down toward mill creek & drifted again. Caught 2 blues as soon as we got the bait out then nothing after that. One about 10 lbs & one about 16 lbs.
We quit about 12:30 when the wind got up.

Good catch on the 2. Did you try in front of 7 Oaks?
Used to be pretty good there. Bass hang at the shelf there too.
