Crappie haven't left their summer pattern lake wateree 8-26
The crappie are still right where they are supposed to be. An hour before sunrise found them on brushpiles on a drop off for the main channel in 18fow. Every crappie was 14" then moved to deeper structure around 25 fow and caught some smaller ones. Finished the day with 13 keepers not counting smalls. 4-5 of these were 15" and bigger. I promise this is my last trip until I return from Minnesota.
