You got it Don. This should be a reminder to all of us to cherish every day as if it was your last, because one day it will be.

Brother is not really improving and with the severity of the stroke at best he will be a vegetable for the rest of his life. He will never be able to walk again, eat or talk. He is on a ventilator and so we made the decision to remove it and let nature take it's course. Hope none of you ever have to make this decision. Tough one to make. Please say a prayer for him Dale Jackson and one for the family. Don

Prayers are with the family. My wife and I had to deal with that decision two years ago. My wife, being the strong woman that she is, abided by her fathers wishes of not being kept alive by a machine. I still feel her pain from making that decision to not assist with life support, but she has the satisfaction of knowing she listened to her fathers request, and was able to follow through when it mattered.
