Thumbs down Fishing $$$ spent on Christmas

Everybody in our family had a nice Christmas this year, especially the wife. I finally "broke" down (broke being the key word ) and bought her a new diamond ring she had been eyeballin for a while now and she couldn't be happier.

Problem is that every time she walks by me with that blasted thing on, only thing I can think of is - "that could have been a new trolling motor for my boat." Of course I told her I was thrilled with the new socks and underwear I got under the tree....

Well, atleast now when you do get a few bucks saved up she wont be saying much if you buy a little fishing supplies. :D

Dont worry so much about those socks and drawers. Remember, the key to being happy is keeping the wife happy! :D If I aint learned nothing else I have learn this during my 30 years of marriage.:D
