Did a quick internet search and found Carolina Reels in Anderson (864-231-5914). This may be relatively close for you.
I do not know anything about them personally but they are an authorized reel repair location.
    Hope this helps.

Carolina Reels is operated by Tommy and is a bit slow but does good work. I know him from years ago.

you might want to try Nutter Rod &Reel , White , Ga, 31084-2432/ph 770-386-3978

Have always found them to do good work on Zebcos and 5500's

I finally slowed down catfishing to repair a couple reels. I ended up doing the work my self. If you need reel parts check out ereplacementparts.com. They sell replacement parts for a lot different items , I replaced the line pawl on all my baitcasters and one worm gear for about 20 bucks. You can look up your reel model on their site and it will show you a diagram or all the parts for that reel. I noticed they also sell parts for coleman lanterns and even have videos online showing how to do the repair. I thought this might be helpful for people looking for parts.
