Default Whose Doing What This Weekend?

Looks like another great weekend shaping up for this weekend. Not much wind and the forecast showing sunny and warm. Just gotta love those cool mornings too. Anybody got any plans for fishing? With everything biting what are you fishing for?

For me, I'm planning on fishing tomorrow for crappie, Friday for stripers with my son, and probably again on Saturday for crappie and seeing if the wife wants to go. Not nearly as much boat traffic out there early in the morning guys, so get 'em early. Here's a look at the weekend forecast right now:

I plan on fishing this weekend for striper. I will be on the upper end of the lake. Any reports would be appreciated. It has been about a month since the last time I was there. Thanks for any help you can give, TP

Seeing a few boats either anchored or trolling in the mouth of the two rivers. Dont know what theyre doing though. I'd almost bet that most of the striper fishermen have moved up near the dam in the Savannah though.

The fishing fairy ain't smilin' on me this week or weekend. Got my nephew's graduation in Columbus, GA on Saturday. Doing my Gideon thing Sunday morning. May get a chance to fish on Sunday afternoon. Maybe a slim chance on Friday morning. I still don't have a truck The guy has put me off "one more day" for the last two days. Next week, though, I'm going off-shore with FOM for mahi-mahi and tuna out of Charleston with a good friend/customer over in SC. Really wishing I could get after the crappie. Talked to my neighbor here on 72 (Mike). He's KILLING THEM!! like you are on the Hill. But, I owe..I owe....so off to work I go.

With the nice weather I took tomorrow off and plan on fishing the next three days straight. The fish have been cooperating all year and I fully expect the same this weekend. Crappie is about all I chase anymore so that will be the target again. Good luck to all and I look forward to reading the post and looking at the pics of the weekends triumphs and bust.
