Default Where is Stumpy Pond & Fishing Creek?

Frequent reader of this board and really enjoy reading the posts and am always learning something new about crappie fishing. I live in Lex. SC and mostly fish Greenwood and Murray and ocassionally Wateree for crappie. My question is how do I get to Stumpy Pond and Fishing Creek near the Lake Wateree area. I put in at Taylor's Creek and Dutchman Creek mostly when I fish Wateree. If someone could pick up directions from Taylors and Dutchman area to Stumpy Pond and Fishing Creek I would greatly appreciate it.

    Tight lines to all.

I dont think you can get to those lakes if your on Lake Wateree. Ive never fished Stumpy pond but have fished Fishing Creek lake. There is a ramp on HWY 21 and also one on HWY 9. Im sure someone else will have better info for you.

You can access both from HWY 21.

Debutary Creek access in Great FAlls for Stumpy Pond, and the Hwy 21 landing in Ft Lawn for Fishing Creek.

If you google map it, you should see them.

Simon Peter said to them, "I am going fishing." They said to him, "We are going with you also." They went out and immediately got into the boat, and that night they caught nothing.

And we act like this Nightstalking thing is new.

For some excitment, read the next verse. A special guest arrived, they filled their coolers and had a fish fry on the beach...in the morning. My kind of people.- Bowfin

To further confuse the issue, you can access Stumpy Pond and Cedar Creek (upper Lake Wateree river section) using Green Rd off HWY 97 in Lancaster.

Default Found Stumpy Pond & Fishing Creek

Hey Guys - Thanks for all the help in locating these 2 areas and the boat ramps. Took off today and went exploring and found what I needed to know with your help and earth map. Did not carry my boat but will the next time.

    Thanks for all the help.
