No, not anchor marks. Acually I was making a turn in beginning of that shot. It all should be strstrait.By turning it's skewed the object in the first part of the shot.now you no that it's all a strait line. (You should be able to guess what it is)

It's a. Long walkway, with the braces, that your seeing , being medal bar Joices.those shadows are coming from the horizontal pipes , that the walkway floats up and down, with the water level. Up at the top of the picture, on the same side, there's two lines that are wider than the walkway.Thats plactic pontoons , with a walkway, we're boats are tied off.

Sorry, I'm wrong, we're those pipes are, the walkway is fixed.On out past that is were it floats up and down with the water level. That's why there's no shadows showing out that far.
