Nice shots Kosmo! Thanks for the advice above, I now understand less is more! Played with the 360 this weekend, I will be posting some screen shots, as soon as I get up to speed!

Kosmo, I'm fighting the same thing on my 998c SI at times that is showing up in Redge's snap. Not sure why ..... I'm only getting it some of the time. I only run one unit with a transducer switch for transom to TM. So when I switch it to the front the back transducer should not be pinging. HB tells me that the software should turn the SI/DI off when I select the 360 view. I'm going to have to play with this more and try to find out what is going on.

    PS .... nice fish Redge

I had stopped the TD PInging on the 1198, and when you turn on the 360 pinging it turns off the 959 TD, therefore I am at a loss. Dedicated twisted pair to cranking battery nothing else on that set of wires.

    Thanks Rdjj

seems like, the best I remember, when my 998 did that, I would turn it off then back on and it would clear.i believe that for some reason the si pinging would not shut off automatically when the 360 deployed.(also, while I'm thinking about it.its probably not a good ideal to have your unit set on 800khz when you deploy the 360) there's a software bug there

On my onix, I can disable the pinging manually.i can also use the 800khz on si and or di, which is very useful.this cannot be done on the core units.
