Back then it was an untapped trophy bluegill lake. Even today there are not many lakes in Tennessee that can produce the numbers of quality Gills coming out of there. But in the last couple of years it has taken a beating with way too many Gills taken out of the lake. It is still good though. Keeping on the subject of the thread it makes one wonder what side imaging will do to lakes in the 300 acre size and smaller. I have always had much success there but this spring it was almost like it was too easy...LOL. Of course the cost of these units keep it out of reach for many....but the cost will come down. Bed fishing is easy with side imaging but once you learn how to use it the deep water Gills can't hide anymore.
