Just my luck
Well as you guys who follow this forum may know I just bought two 587ci HD di hummingbird units from bbg. As my luck would have it one of my transducers is bad. So 30 min on hold later I get z very pleasant woman on the phone at hummingbird who tells me to email proof of purchase to HB and they are sending me a new ducer. At least I was able to borrow a ducer from a friend so my planned trip for Thursday isn't a bust.
I knew there was a reason I stayed with HB those ppl down in eufala sure have their stuff together. Now some may think 30 min is a long time to be on hold but in the grand scheme of things I am happy.
Now come on mail man!!!!! Lol

Guess I am lucky. None of my HB stuff never broke down. I still have units that display square fish or something square in the water column.
