Health nuts are going to feel stupid someday, lying in hospitals dying of nothing.
Color is never as important as depth and speed of presentation. Dingy water requires darker baits, clearer water lighter or natural colored baits. I personally like a tricolored bait, meaning different colored head, body, tail. Examples being orange head, black body, chartreuse tail. Pink head, white body, chartreuse tail. Let you imagination be your guide. PS. June bug is a good color in the dark, back water areas.

Obviously what inkdabber posted is correct when picking colors for clear, or stained water....with that being said, blue june bug and avocado are my go to jigs when the going gets tough.
