I would buy jig heads in packs of 100 and then the colors of powder paint you would like. Heat source could be almost anything but most probably use a heat gun. Somewhere to hang the jigs to cool and really that’s it. You don’t absolutely have to bake them afterwards although they would have a more durable finish if they were baked. I just stir the jar of powder paint to keep it loose and fluffy. Heat jig, dip and swirl in paint, hang to cool. Then if you want to, you can heat it to fully harden.
