I use a toaster oven from wally world. Don't know about baking lead in my kitchen oven.
I use a old toaster oven, not sure if the exact temp it runs, but bake mine at 300 for 10 mins, unplug and let cool with door open

I have a deal with the wife - I use the oven and afterwards I have to clean it, and have never had a problem with any mess or spills.
Sorry for the late response but I wanted to get my facts straight. We have an Eastwood Automotive
Paint store near my home, and I've bought powder paint from them. In the course of conversation,
one of the guys I talk to advised me that when curing powder paints, a noxious chemical is released
and finds its' way onto the surfaces of the oven. That chemical(s) has been shown to find its' way
into the foods that are prepared for human consumption. So I went out and bought a toaster oven
with a little larger capacity, 2 shelves and analog type controls. Hope this helps. Dave
