It tiruned out not to be anissue. Heatingn them in the toaster over and then dipping made it easy to remove small amount of paint that stuck to the eyes and then ream out the rest with a spinner wire. The eyes came perfectly clean. Cleaner than they ever have when holding the eye with hemostats, heating over a flame and then dipping.

As for different angles changing glitter distibution, that has never been more evident than when I started painting the shad dart heads. If I don't match the exact angle every time the glitter disperses differently. Not to mention if I don't get it right the top barely coats at all with PP.

Also, even with a fluid bed the glitter has a tendency to get stuck toward the sides so a little shake of the fluid bed helps keep the glitter running smooth.
