Default Confused about PA boating regs.

Okay I just got a kayak and started my mods putting a fishing crate and fish finder and I am also putting in some deck lighting , but was looking at the Regs for kayaks and it looks like I don`t need the red and green bow lights just a 360 white light am I reading that correct ? or would it be wise to go ahead and put on the bow light

All boats need both running lights and anchor lights. So the white light works for anchoring but the red, green lights are considered running lights. I see you are from Carlisle so you can check with regional Fish and Boat at Huntsdale.

I called the PA boat comission found out that all a Kayak or Canoe is the 360 white light when anchored and something like a flashlight to signal when moving but I just went ahead and put the running lights on my Kayak that way I am covered no matter where I go Thanks for the replies
