very cool , might try a tiny float and SLOW drag it thru the bedding area , seems the transient fish in the area hate to see a wandering small fish in the bedding area , watched that type of scenario years ago on a bunch of beds with a mixture of species including red ear in the mix .....the ones on the beds were tough , the ones in the general area and unattached were EASY ....

I have such a good time popping a jig up off the bottom, then a few inch move and hop it again and thump, it's on. I have loads of stuff to try, some even already tried on, but I just don’t think to use it when what’s in my hand is working good. I’ve carried a float rig 4 or 5 trips and never think yo use it. Maybe I’ll get smart one day, but don’t hold your breath.
