Those are some thick.
The other day was hot, humid and the bite was slow. Caught a break when like a few days before I noticed a school of baitfish being chased on the surface and headed my way. They came within casting distance and I was able to catch two nice ones by bringing a spoon/stinger thru the school. They changed direction and were gone as fast as they had showed up. The third gill was deep and hit the same type of bait. On the walk out I stopped to smell the roses, or was it butterfly weed? Fortunate to be able to enjoy the outdoors. Thanks for lookin!

Nice fish pics, it’s about that time of year for the Monarch Butterfly to start its Fall migration south. God’s Creatures are Awesome!

Thanks for sharing. Often the scenery is better than the fishing. But you got some of both!
