Yet another great batch of huge bluegill. Do you ever catch a smattering of smaller gills in the mix? lol

D10 - I'm very interested - would like to see the results. Haven't heard of any local biologists doing anything similar..

cc - water is quasi clear so the UL is a must for the bigger fish

og - too many big bass and some strippers thin out the smaller BGs in this area. The other day I had 3 different bass attacking 9" BG!

Thnx bf - stumble on a lot of acorns

Really super nice fish Sonny. That setup is paying off. I found a bushido blank and thinking about making a UL rod similar to yours. What do you think.

Also GEarthed LP and that does not look that big from space. Must have some great water quality to make fish like that. Thanks for the inspiration on ultra light tackle. Do I see an auto in that fishes moth? LOL I am wondering if those are the Georgia hybrids. They almost look deformed they are so big.

D10 - got your PM. We keep some of the bigger BGs when they are gut hooked.

if - little heavy for me - could use it with the Yo-Zuri 2lb...

    Thnx again guys
