I've got to ask, why are they in ziplock bags like that?

I've seen that too. A friend was raised on a creek bank and this is the
way he was taught. I tried to change him, but he was too old to change.
He said they was easier to clean when they was frozen this way. I just
could never agree to store a fish this way myself, but it depends on how
you was raised and where you was reared. Different strokes for different
folks he told me. I just had to agree.

Glad to see im not the only one that uses a bucket when bream fishing.......................................
