    Over various winters have caught large `gills as deep as 25 fow, but more commonly between 10- 15 fow.

    Catch a lot in winter, seems like they school up close together. Look for stumps, logs something for them to hide around. I use half an inflated night crawler fished on a 1/80th oz jig 12'' behind a slip sinker. Find them in the same deep spots they're in after spawming during the summer.

    Good ice in N/Wi, gills doing well 8-12 ft of water on waxies.

    Only ICE we like down here is in our TEA. God Bless all the folks that have to ice fish !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We watch it on TV and are amazed by yoalls fortitude be careful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
