Put my Christmas present to use today and practice a little dock shooting with my new Huckabee Six Shooter what a nice rod it's so sensitive you can feel the slightest bumps; managed to catch a few nice slabs along with some throw backs but still enough to break out the filet knife. I came across a pack of black/char glitter Li'l Wasshoppah I had tucked away that needed to be used, they worked great never even tried another color. Not sure of the water temp I would guess in the mid to upper 40's. The bite came on a steady hand or just slightly pulling along the front of the boat slips in about 6 to 8 fow. Didn't start until 3:00, probably could have limited with an earlier start but the late evening gave way to an awesome sunset!
