Thread: Skiatook is fishable

Fished the Hominy Creek arm of Skiatook yesterday with some success. Only kept 8 but it was nice feeling the thump again. Water clarity was stained but not muddy. Could see Beaver Bottom about 6" down. Black/pink with 1/4 oz. orange head worked. Found smaller fish 10' deep in 12 fow. Bigger ones came 4' deep in 9 fow. All fish came off timber. Put in at Hominy Landing with no problem. Some of them had absolutely no black or white uniforms on...just a golden hue. Weird.
