Fished Eucha Sunday, long line trolled and cast crappie jigs and got skunked!. Beautiful lake but does anyone fish it or know how I should've fished it? found 56 degree water in the far back of a cove/creek but found no fish back there

its so clear, it is hard to fish. Ranger has the technique down. Mark some fish, and cast-n-drag fish for them. Long lining should also work. it may be a fast moving technique for this time of year. I dont know, as i am learning new ways to catch crappie all the time. In the past, people told me an idea would not work. well it does. just because it did not fit their crappie hand book, they X'd it. I know, I do really good over there in the dead of summer, pulling crank baits. It is my go to lake in the hot summer. There are many people out there that catch way more crappie than i do, but i try and try and try.
