Custom Rod Builders

Any custom rod builders on here, or anybody know of one in NE Oklahoma?

Lip Rippers in Eufaula makes some d*** fine rods. He has made 2 customs for me that I enjoy everytime I go crappie fishing. He left the rod building business for awhile but he is considering coming back. I will be talking to him today or tomorrow and see what he might do. Lip Rippers is well known on this board by MANY old timers.

Leland is very good at building rods.

Sounds like Leland aka Lip Ripper already has a few rods to build if he wanted to start up again.

You can't go wrong with Leland. I have two of his rods and I for one will say they have been the best rods I ever owned. I hope he gets back into building them again.
