Nope. You could plant bermuda in the watershed to slow the runoff and there by reducing the silt load.
A buddy of mine has a pond that has silted in and he's getting ready to dig out (his pond is almost dry) and was asking me if I knew of any way to keep a pond from silting in so I though I would ask yall any ideas I'm interested thanks

The fertilizer will not hurt the reworked pond, depending on what the concentrations are of N.P, and K . Fertilizer is needed to start the food chain and the biological processes.
