not bad. just use the extreme east side of the ramp. the west half is broken off under the water. be careful when you leave. follow the channel out. there is about a 200 yrd stretch once you just get out into the lake, a sand bar will come to 2 fow for 200yds, as you come out of the cove stay going SW until you get past the island back to the north. you will be fine.

Thanks, don't want to buy a prop or lower unit. Is the broke off ramp enough to hang you up pulling out, or just a big bump?

Think I might try up there, I went by there today, and the south wind wasn't hitting the ramp too bad.

Got off early yesterday and launched the boat right after the rain stopped. Fished several areas for awhile and caught 5 keepers off deeper banks around brush in 10-12' of water. Moved into standing timber and fought the wind and caught another 20 in 6-10' of water. Got to see my good friend Dick out of Owasso. I bet Ledge's ears were ringing .

68 deeper water, 74 standing timber 10' of water. There have been some caught real shallow, but numbers aren't there yet. That cold front really backed them off on Oologah.

I wake up this morning to a Facebook post of a 3.25 lb crappie taken from Oologah. Is this old news or new news?

fished tallahla last tue and Wed (13,14th) able to clean 9 real big ones. All females but one. Found them in 3-6 ft. of water just as I had to go. Went back to the same place after a shower and didn't get a bite until I fished 8-12 ft. VERY scattered All males but one. Stupid fish, I thought I had them figure out the day before. Eggs still looked like at least a week out, but with this cooler weather, a person may have better luck in deeper water on brush piles.

Fished out of Spencer Creek this morning, 4 hr or so. Saw a lot of fish at 4-5 feet in the east end of Spencer, nothing would entice them. Moved to another hole, 4 boats there, saw 5 crappie pulled in over 2 hrs. I caught 2 right at the edge of a 3-5 ft drop off to 12 ft, nothing but rocks there. Both were 1 1/4-1/2 lb females, both hit hard immediately when the minnow got to them (3 ft.). Both were full of eggs, 1 was runny.

I guess two crappie are worth a broken transducer mount. Hit a stump, been meaning to buy or make a guard like this: http://www.transducerarmor.com Name: guard.jpg
