I caught a 7 lb blue on a garlic hot dog. My goto Blue bait!

Blackdog, Ledge is really good on Oologah. Now is primetime for big blues, maybe he can help you.

Got into some big blues to go along with some crappie on Oologah yesterday. That is Ledge and his dad enjoying some great fishing. I really enjoy fishing with those two. They know what they are doing and have the perfect rig to do it. Fished right into the teeth of the wind for the blues and in sheltered coves for the crappie. Caught maybe 15 to 20 keeper crappie in an hour or two, nothing big, just nice keepers. Seemed like we had to find brush at 20 + FOW to get the crappie. Jig really didn't matter.

Those are some nice fish !!
