Since I will be guiding that lake I need to get everyone out of the mindset it is dead. I have had the best crappie fishing days of my life on that lake. In my opinion it's the best in the state
Merle and Dave, maybe we need to have a camp up there.

Its funny though, everyone thinks their home lake is the best in the state. Just great to have a lot of opportunity's within a couple hrs drive. I fished that Warishee? creek when I was a kid, always went there and camped and fished from the bank, was 30years ago though, some good memorys from there, would like to get back down there and check it out..
Yea we do have some amazing crappie fishing opportunities around here. I believe you are talking about waresha creek on the northwest side of the lake
There is amazing crappie fishing 2 hours north, 2 hours east and 2 hours southeast of me. Just not close to me.
And I was being sarcastic about the dead comment.
Josh we use to come out of Cleveland and make right onto a road (I'm being liberal it was more like a horse/four wheeler trail) and went south I think back to the far back end of that creek,, had an area that people camped not a campground by any means, with dirt ramp. Just wondering if anyone knows if you can still get down in that area, would like to take my mother back in there.
