Bam!
Josh,
Something tells me that Iken prefers feather hackle over the garden hackle that you referred to. Wish I (non-techie geezer) had a camera so I could post pictures of the trout. I will send you the one picture I did get of Fishcatchinmama with some 5.5-6 pound cutbows.
ps. Hit Hefner this afternoon late. Jigs got bluegills, crappie (no big ones), sand bass, walleyes, and cats. Used pink/white, blue/silver, and green/orange.
That one belongs on a calendar Fishers. Nice eye and nice fish.
Hey Josh, although I don't have a good camera, I can tell you where to find some great pictures of the places we fished and the type of fish we caught this year. Go to FrontierAnglers.com and look at the picture gallery. We fished the Beaverhead, Big Hole, Wise River, Clark Canyon, five mountain lakes, and some smaller streams and creeks. Our biggest fish this year (except for the bugle-mouth bass weighing 12 pounds) were 6 pounders from Clark Canyon, which has produced browns up to 28 3/4 pounds.
Anybody have any idea how that snake picture was inserted into my post? Virus or what? I have never seen something like this before.
It's just forum adds that you see if you don't have a forum subscription.
I was more than a little disappointed when I got to lcb store--I was soooo thirsty because I failed to bring anything with me to drink, so I went inside expecting to get a bottle of water or something--all they had was energy drinks and I don't do those---the young man informed me the store was closing down because OSU decided they couldn't afford to keep it open, the ice machine was already taken out so I was out of luck until when I got back in my car I noticed a 1/4 full bottle of water I had left over from the previous day---let me tell you I was so happy to see that and managed to make it last till I was through fishing and could head to Stillwater for more liquids...if I go again I will be prepared, but sure sad to know the store wont be there anymore--I failed to ask where the next closest place is for buying minnows, I don't think bringing them from Shawnee is too bright (think they would die before I even got to the lake)
Thank you, Dr. I figured it out when I brought it up again, and there was an ad. No idea what they were advertising with that huge python picture.
When are the crappie going to start biting at the enclosed dock ? I thought maybe this cold spell would cause them to bunch up around the dock! SwollenCrappie needs to give us a fishing report!!!![]()
They sure the heck weren't biting at it last Sunday!!! Was on the lake with Allen and Josh and I believe the count was Allen - 1, Josh - 3 or 4 and me - big fat 0.
