Call 918-683-4370 first thing in the morning (6 am) to get the current lake level and discharge times for generation or flood control at Ft Gibson. Pre Recorded Message for Oct 14. The record the lake level and generation schedule daily for play back on that phone number.

Went out this morning with the gf got on the water about 8 put in at rocky point and ran up towards flat rock found fish on brush couldn't get them to bite so ran down to ranger creek where I caught them last this time no luck. There is a lot of logs and debris up on the north end so gotta watch out. Finished up at Jane dennis caught for short fish but made a fisher woman out of my gf she caught about 15 nice channel cat which she said makes up for waking up at the butt crack and freezing running across the lake it was fun just letting her catch them cats. They say the lake is up over a foot but to me it looks more normal than it has been in my opinion it has looked low. I really hope to learn hope to put some slabs in the boat this getting skunked 90% of the time is getting old lol

At 9:30pm tonight Ft Gibson is up 3' above normal.......Ranger

The current is real strong hard to stay on top of anything. Days like today wish I had some power poles

My Sister called knowing that I was heading to FT GIBSON and she called our friends that live on the lake real close to Rocky Point and she said that lake was 3 ft. up and they had been catching some nice crappie around their dock!
