Isn’t it nice not fooling around with bait! I was trying to figure out how Bigfoot got to the lake so quickly then I realized what time it was. Afternoons are more his thing. I gotta blow his phone up & call him all sorts of names and stuff to get him to get outta bed if I want to meet him at the lake by noon! true story! Nice report keep fishing those gulp and little jigs you’ll be a true believer like me in no time!

Well I made it out about 12:00 o'clock today and started at the same productive spot from the day before. Well the Common Loon showed up again and so did countless ducks and geese. The fish on the other hand were no where to be found. I moved about four times to different areas around GBB and the only guy that wanted to play was a nice little perch. So after about three hours of unproductive fishing, I decided it was time to try something else. So, I packed up and went on my way. Made it to a small tributary and it was game on! I must have caught approximately 20 to 30 fish. Most of them came on a minnow about 12" under a bobber. Some came on the gulp minnow under a bobber. It was a good day outside. I can't wait to get the next 4 days of work done so I can get back at it starting Friday.

Nice report! That little trip is always a good confidence booster after a tough day. Were you wading at GBB or shore fishing? Either way you caught more fish than I did on the couch! I gotta go to stupid work so no fishing for me today either unless I get a little time this evening when I get off.

I was wading and the wind was brutal! No matter where you were it was always blowing in your face. I feel your pain witg that 4 letter word you used. It sucks but we gotta pay those stupid bills. Hope somebody gets out and enjoys this weather today.
