Nice report. I'm surprised you didn't mention catching a bunch of catfish too. They are everywhere and we can't hardly keep them off the jigs.
I took my grandson over Friday morning and we fished until 2:30. We trolled and but also used minnows/jigs, we kept 10 for the skillet. This was Sam's 2nd time fishing with me and I think I created a monster. The kids a bigger diehard than I am, he never wants to leave
One thing I noticed was most of the females still had eggs. I think this is the 1st time I caught fish with eggs in June.

We did catch a few catfish as well. Also a couple of largemouth, and a small hybrid. We kept the crappie and the 3 hybrids. Fun day on the water.

not sure but I think the (3 hybrids) need to be 15"to keep it was posted at one time

Yes it was tbone. I dont have the regs with me yates but i think the rule now is 30 under 15" and 4 over 15". Sounds like the state messed up on that one. Which it doesnt matter they were well above 15 one measured at 24". End up doing any good tbone?

not like u guys were i left my cranks at home.wont happen again we still ended up 2nd and had big fish at 1.02 brought home 260 not bad for the fish we caught.u guys should do the tournaments its great time and 1st paid 500 then we drink beer at boars head
