Getting some Crappie and Gator bait dyed up.
All the Natural color swimmers got a coat of clear UV blast that really sets off the color and flake....this will be the first year trialing it...this my be the early season deep water flash the natural colors need.

If extra color is needed I'll Just use Chartreuse Nibblets with the Pink and White swimmers, and White with the Chartreuse....the Keitechs are so soft and oily the 2 tone colors blend too much....it drives my anal side nuts!lol

Yeah, I experienced the bleeding of colors too. Maybe just dip the tip on a couple just before fishing?

Thanks for the heads up as I was planning on trying it tomorrow from the banks as my boat is still put away for the winter, sounds like breakfast in the morning !!!!

Hey everyone - just came across this site and forum. Some very helpful information and hopefully I can start contributing. Was thinking about taking my son to CJ after lunch for the afternoon and try vertical jigging for some eyes. This will be our first trip to the lake and was planning to focus on the North end trying to find some rocky bottoms. Any tips would be welcome. I'll post any results from the trip.

Got stuck at the office longer than I wanted. Hopefully we can get out tomorrow.
