54*..... December 31 ? Now that's crazy in this part of the country. You wont see ice there till feb.
At Peidmont the day before yesterday was 54 degrees. Ice season looks really bad for the Buckeye this year.

Fine job buddy. A fine mess of assorted fingerfood. I haven't been doing very well this fall and winter, just can't get on them. Got any good tips. must be near bottom be getting them perch.
We got all of them in 11ft water just out from a 7ft flat. The perch were a foot off bottom but the crappies were all suspended 5ft down. We threw 30 small fish back. Pretty cold and windy but not a bad day fishing.
Chaunc, I thought you put the boat away for the season?
I haven't yet, but I did put the stbil in the fuel and the fogging oil in the cylinders. I am taking my day off tommorrow1/3/07 to fish Deer Creek over in Ohio. I'll let you know.(supposed to be 55 tommorrow)
I've been fishing with everybody that invites me to fish with them. Been puttin em on fish too, as you can see.:D Got a Dr appointment at 9:30 wednesday so i probably have to pass on DC. Keep me in mind for the next trip tho.Originally Posted by boathead241
